Infants or babies who have been specifically invited are, of course, welcome. Please let us know in advance if you have any special requirements.
Can I have a plus one?
Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests who are invited by name. If your invitation includes a plus one, it will be indicated clearly in your invitation message. Thank you for understanding.
Food & Dietary Requirements
Are children catered for?
Yes. Children will have their own menu, which parents can select when submitting their RSVP.
Will there be options for guests with dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. Any allergies or dietary requirements must be highlighted when submitting your RSVP alongside your wedding breakfast choices, so our caterer can make the necessary arrangements.
Can I notify you about allergies after the RSVP?
We kindly request that all dietary requirements are submitted at the time of RSVP. If anything changes after this, please contact us as soon as possible.
Ceremony & Celebration Details
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at 13:30 ensure you are settled before the ceremony begins.
How long will the ceremony last?
The ceremony will last approximately 30 minutes, followed by drinks and the wedding breakfast.
What is the schedule for the day?
Please see our wedding day timeline on the website for full details of the ceremony, reception, and evening celebrations.
Are there any special traditions or surprises planned?
We don’t want to give too much away, but we have a few special touches planned to make the day memorable for everyone!
Can we use confetti at the venue?
No, confetti is not permitted anywhere on the site. Instead, we will be providing bubbles for guests to enjoy safely.
Photography & Social Media
Are guests allowed to take photos during the ceremony?
Guests may only take photos during the ceremony if specifically invited to do so by the registrar. At all other times, we kindly ask that you allow our professional photographers to capture the moments.
Will there be a hashtag for social media posts?
Yes! Please feel free to share your photos from the day using #mrandmrsstallard26 so we can all enjoy the memories.
Are professional photographers being used?
Yes, we have engaged professional photographers to ensure every moment is captured beautifully.
Will photos be shared after the wedding?
Yes, photos will be shared by us once the photographers have had a chance to edit them and provide them to the couple.
Gifts
Do you have a wedding registry?
We do not have a traditional wedding registry. Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift.
Are gifts expected?
Not at all. Your support and presence on our special day are more than enough.
Can we give a gift if we wish?
If you would like to give a gift, we would be very grateful for contributions towards our honeymoon, but please know it is entirely optional.
